Associate & Second Shooting Information
Hi there! I’m truly honored to be considered as your associate or second photographer.
As a fellow business owner and primary wedding photographer, I know how important it is to find someone who fits seamlessly—artistically, professionally, and personally. Here’s a quick look at what I bring to the table:
Experience & Credentials
Running a successful wedding photography business since 2012, with 600+ weddings photographed.
Proud, award-winning member of Fearless Photographers.
Fully insured with liability coverage that’s more than adequate.
My Shooting Style
Comfortable working with natural light and off-camera flash.
Skilled at capturing both candid moments and artistic details (flat lays, décor, portraits).
Flexible, adventurous, and not afraid to do what it takes for the shot (yes, that means dirt, water, or climbing a tree!).
People Skills
Years of teaching experience = herding skills for toddlers, bridal parties, and large families.
Approachable and adaptable—I can blend in with the guys, ladies, or a mixed group during getting-ready coverage.
Known for keeping spirits light with a dad joke or two when the moment calls for it.
Professionalism
I never market myself when second shooting. Your clients are your clients.
I always arrive 30 minutes early (and can come earlier if requested with compensation).
I shoot RAW on dual cards and treat second-shooting images with the same care I give my own. (My backups have even saved a few primaries before!)
Rates & Logistics
Second shooting: $70/hr | Associate shooting: $150/hr
8-hour minimum for both (exceptions possible for nearby locations).
Overtime (past 10 hours) billed at 1.5x rate.
Travel beyond 1.5 hours, tolls, or parking fees = reimbursed.

Returning images:

Bonus Perks
Need snacks, batteries, or an emergency coffee run? I’ve got you.
Split your pants? Don’t panic—I’ll find a fix.
