Portrait information
I take a hybrid posed/lifestyle approach during my portrait sessions, capturing a combination of camera-aware and interactive, emotional, and movement-based images for your gallery. This approach is perfect for immediate family sessions, maternity sessions, children sessions, couple sessions, engagement sessions, high school or college senior sessions, and in-home newborn sessions.
All of my portrait packages include high resolution edited digital files with permission to print. If you want to purchase high quality prints, canvas, or vivid metals from me after your digital files have been delivered, you can do so at very reasonable prices. Your galleries arrive with print releases, so you can print your images on your own as well. I want you to love my photographs and display them in your home, so I will gladly recommend printing labs to use, as well as those to avoid.
I schedule my portrait sessions to take place on Mondays through Thursdays, because my weekends are dedicated to photographing weddings and (on my rare weekend day off) spending time with my family. There may be an additional fee for weekend scheduling if you cannot accommodate a Monday through Thursday appointment. Outdoor sessions are typically scheduled to begin 1.5-2 hours before sunset for ideal lighting; in-home sessions are scheduled for morning or early afternoon when your home has the best natural light. For extended family sessions or groups of more than 5 people, please contact me for a custom quote.
Do you love my photographs, but are bummed because we’re not local to each other? No worries! Don’t let distance stand in the way of you receiving the images that your heart desires! I will gladly travel to you as long as my expenses are covered!

The LONGWOOD GARDENS Session: $800

Longwood Gardens is one of my all-time favorite places to visit and I LOVE sharing it with my clients. Longwood is stunning at any time of year, and I’m thrilled to be able to offer this gem as a portrait location for my clients.
Up to 90 minute session at Longwood Gardens (our admission and my travel are INCLUDED in this price, until 10/1/24 when their new policies take effect)

These sessions are scheduled to start:
EITHER when Longwood Gardens opens in the morning
OR 2 hours before sunset (or 2 hours before Longwood’s closing time if it closes before sunset)
NOTE: Most of the year, Longwood Gardens is closed on Tuesdays
Please note that Longwood DOES NOT ALLOW indoor portraits and props. Re-entry is also not allowed once you leave. As of 10/1/24, additional outfits CANNOT be brought inside, so you will have to arrive in the outfit that you will be wearing for your entire session.

in-home OR STUDIO “lifestyle” newborn session: $800
Lifestyle newborn sessions typically take place in your home depicting you bonding as a new family. Typical images from a lifestyle session include baby in the crib, parents snuggling in bed, holding baby in a rocking chair, the family sitting together on the couch, etc. In warmer seasons, these sessions can also take place outdoors.
Up to 90 minute session in your home or in the furnished rooms of my studio (travel fees apply for locations more than 30 miles from 19608)
Lifestyle sessions DO NOT include any posed photos, even if they take place in my studio. No props, blankets, or backdrops will be provided.

Print permission
A signed contract and nonrefundable retainer of 50% is required to hold your date. Balance is due 24 hours before the session.
Retainer is not transferable.
6% PA Sales Tax will be applied and is not included in package prices.
Travel fee may be applied, based on distance and tolls from zip code 19608. (Philadelphia fee is $125, Jersey Shore fee is $200, and New York City fee is $350)
